Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.

Return Procedure
If you intend to return products to Planmate you must complete a Return Authorisation request form. Please fill out this form, scan and send it via email to sales@clockworkprint.com.au with your proof of purchase. We will then provide you a return authorisation number. Return shipping is at the clients expense.

Return Terms and Conditions:
  • Filling out a return authorisation form does not guarantee products supplied by Planmate will be automatically approved for repair, replacement or credit.
  • Only products supplied by Planmate will be accepted for return, proof of purchase in the form of a Planmate invoice is required.
  • Planmate may credit, replace or repair returned products under the manufacturer's instructions and according to manufacturer's terms and conditions .
  • Planmate does not warrant or guarantee any product beyond that of the manufacturer.
  • In general, software is not covered by warranty unless otherwise stated .
  • 'No fault found', if a product is returned as faulty to Planmate but no fault is found after testing by the manufacturer, then the customer is responsible for any no fault found fees and freight charges .
  • All products returned for credit must be complete, in original packaging and as new.
  • All products returned must have a removable label or be boxed to prevent damage to the original packaging and clearly marked with the return authorisation number.
  • All products approved for return must be received within seven (7) days of approval or authorisation may expire.
  • The customer is responsible for the freight of products for return to Planmate.
  • The customer must retain proof of purchase and proof of delivery for returned products.
  • Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cause your return authorisation to be rejected.
  • A restocking fee may apply for returned goods. The customer will be advised of any charges prior to Planmate accepting returned goods.
